The role

You handle day-to-day accounting and support the periodic closes – a well-founded role in a stable finance team.

Your responsibilities

Day-to-day bookkeeping across accounts payable, receivable and general ledger
Processing of the payment transactions
Preparation of VAT (Umsatzsteuer) returns
Account reconciliation and clarification
Support in the month-end and year-end closes under HGB

The role is opening because a long-serving colleague is retiring – she will stay on for about seven months to ensure thorough onboarding.
